Service department did a great job, thank you, this was a routine first service on my car.
They messed up my recall work. They over sprayed the rust preventer on my rims, break calipers and everywhere Their workmanship and attention to detail is zero.
I made an appointment for an oil change. While I did not see an area to say I would be waiting in the dealership I did put it in the comments section. The service person acknowledged the comment but since it said I was dropping it off it would be 1-2 hours wait. I had no choice but to wait. Otherwise the appointment went as expected.
My vehicle was taken back for routine maintenance on time. All requested repair/maintenance was completed properly.
Once I got to speak with Javoris in the Service Dept, everything went very smoothly. My biggest obstacle was getting through on the phone to Javoris.
First time ever after buying 6 cars here and having service that the service was NOT a good experience

The dealership does good work and the people are very pleasant when you speak with them, but the service department is very difficult to get in contact with for multiple days in a row. I tried calling them 8-10 times in a single day without a response, spoke with sales who tried to get in contact with them and eventually emailed them to call me with no response for over 24 hrs. If someone in the service department would reliably answer the phone is would most likely be a 5 star review.

I honestly never thought I would get a car from Dick Smith just on how luxury those cars are. I was put into a car that was safe, reliable, low mileage like literally (first owner) and let’s not forget the salesman who went above and beyond making sure I could get the best car fit. He already knew what I would love based off his first pick would recommend this place. Most thing I enjoyed was not having to do an 8 hour shift just to get into a car.

Very poor service. Poor communication. Even though we called several times to see if our vehicle was done -- no response. We had a 7:30 appt. and we finally went to the dealership at 4PM after calling with no response and that's when they started working on our vehicle. And they didn't look at something we had specifically asked at all. So now we need to bring it back. :(

This is my 4th Hyundai purchased through Dick Smith Hyundai and it was better than the past 3 experiences. The information, demonstrations, and pre finance preparations provided by sales associate Toby "Solo" Robertson was excellent, together with the warp speed of the financing process is the best experience yet. Mr. Robertson apparently has total recall about the driving experience, the technology within the car and the explanations of options that were available to me provided the the final influence I needed to purchase the car of my choice.
I brought my Palisade in for service for a check engine light/stalling problem. I had a service contact which did not cover the part which I was told needed to be repaired. After $1,500 dollars the problem continued. I had to bring the car back in for service. Now I am being told a sensor is defective and the engine will need to be removed to correct the problem. Hyundai warranty information book clearly shows that the hybrid electrical water pump has warranty for 10 year even for the 2nd owner, but actually Hyundai motor company, USA denied to cover my car's water pump fixing under the warranty without any understandable reason. That's fraud or deception against their customers. No more hyundai car will I buy!

Terrible. Appt made online for oil change only and to stay with vehicle at 8am so can get to work on time. Service dept once there says won't be done before 1pm, argued that if appt is made online it is automatically a drop off not wait. had to pick up my son from dealership, and didn't get call that car was completed until after 415pm. This is not the first time they've done this, and there were others there upset by being told the same thing.
Had a great service experience here. Repair was completed very quickly, and the shuttle service and car wash were great as well. Brittney Valente was my service advisor, and she was kept me informed throughout the process and was very helpful and nice.

I was contacted for two recalls. Service was slow they told me should be two hours but it took over three. No one contacted me to let me know what was going on. Didn’t have all parts for recall so I will need to reschedule.
Had to wait 2 hours with an appointment to replace part of my front bumper. They didn’t replace all the parts that were peeling. Now I have to bring it back to finish the job that should have been done to begin with. It will be another waste of my time.

The dealer got my car and got information from me. As I sat in the lounge watching TV a person called my name. The car was finished and when I started the car the radio was working again. Whatever they did it caused the radio to start operating again.
