Hyundai pays for a replacement engine and then charges for labor. The new parts (belt and hoses) I get, having to pay labor for replacing the belt and hoses should NOT happen. Bottom line, their manufacturing error cost me $1,000.00. We were going to buy a new one but not now.

We had a very good experience when buying our palisade. However, when we returned for our first service, not good at all. We were told that we would be provided with a loaner car when we brought it in. I told the service department that we live out of town and made an appointment for 11am. When we got there, we were told we should have brought it in earlier in the morning and there was no loaner car. They suggested we take it somewhere else and we did. Will not be returning there.

Worst service department in my lifetime experience and I am not young! Waited for an hour( told it would take a few minutes) for a quote to repair/replace broken driver side mirror and was told they couldn’t do it and to take it to a car repair place because it would be cheaper and insurance wouldn’t pay their $160 an hour labor fee! Just not helpful. …so I drove home (45) minutes so y husband could follow me to a reputable car dealership in Hendersonville, NC. I do not know how this company stays in business. NOT EVEN WORTH ...

Car went in because the steering column locked up while driving after $600 was told nothing found, less than a week locked up 4-5 more times so we took it back. Surprise issue found this time BUT part could not be gotten....in the almost SIX MONTHS they have had my car. POOR at best communication, no resolve and tried to charge to pick up car since I am making payments when NOTHING has been done. The car has sat there for months, battery has gone bad, gas, oil , etc probably bad, tires not moved so possible dry rot setting in ...

Terrible service department. I only had my brand-new car a year. I call to make an appointment to have my car serviced, and no one answers the phone. Poor customer service. I do not recommend anyone ever buying from this dealership as they lack professionalism. They sell you the car and then good luck, you are off on your own.

Stopped at the dealership and was told they couldn't help me - I would need to go to Greer or Anderson because they were short staffed.
